Chancellor & President Emeritus

R. William Dixon is a President Emeritus of the Messianic Jewish Rabbinate and continues to serve as its Chancellor and as a Semikha Examiner.

Dr. Dixon earned his Ph.D. from Jerusalem University College in Jewish Studies after having earned a M.Sci. in Education and a B.A. in Bible, both stateside.

Dr. Dixon envisioned Messianic Jewish Rabbinate as a guardian of Biblical Messianic Judaism in the face of the rising popularity of erroneous teachings emerging from beneath the broad “Messianic” umbrella.
